Nathan Ostapovicz serves as Chief Financial Officer at Swish, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, operational execution, and growth initiatives. With 14+ years of experience supporting the federal government, he brings deep expertise in finance and operations leadership, strategic growth, operational efficiency, and delivering solutions that advance the customer’s mission. He has a wide range of experience, including serving as CFO of Titania Solutions Group, where he helped drive significant growth through M&A and expand the organization’s capacity to support critical government programs. He also served as Controller at a Federal IT Value-Added Reseller, where he enhanced internal operations and collaborated with all stakeholders to develop innovative, complex solutions for customers. Nathan earned bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems as well as Finance, with a minor in International Business, all from Virginia Tech.
