Giving Back to the Community

Swish is a strong believer in giving back to under-served communities in the regions where our employees live. Our team wishes to improve the health and economic outcomes of people who may not have equal access to jobs, training, resources and opportunities that most Americans enjoy. Fulfilling a long-term desire to help the people on Maryland’s eastern shore, Swish founded Swish Industries in 2019. Swish Industries provides appropriate integrated employment to people at all ability levels including disabled veterans, people with special needs, and people who have medical conditions that could prevent them from gaining employment.
