With a career spanning over two decades, Rick has established a strong reputation as a dynamic sales leader and technology strategist, known for a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Rick began his career with a long tenure with Cisco Systems, highlighted by a steady progression through roles of increasing responsibility. Starting as a Systems Engineer supporting high-profile federal accounts, he moved on to manage pre-sales engineering teams, became a product sales specialist in IT security, and then moved into a direct sales role driving major account growth in several large Federal agencies. Throughout, he was recognized as a top performer, consistently growing revenues and building value-driven relationships at every organizational level.
Most recently, Rick served as Senior Sales Director for Federal Civilian Agencies at Red River Technologies, where he led a high-performing sales team focused on helping the Federal government modernize and transform IT. Under his leadership, the business experienced remarkable growth, scaling revenues to new heights. Rick has consistently delivered positive outcomes by relentlessly focusing on the customer mission and building lasting relationships across government agencies and industry partners
Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Radford University.
