Sandra Bulgin
Vice President of Human ResourcesSandra Bulgin serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Swish where she is responsible for leading human resources strategy including talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and compliance. In this role, Sandra uses her background as a strategic HR leader to align talent with corporate business strategy. She has held executive level positions within financial and professional services companies, technology companies, and government contracting organizations. Sandra has her Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University. She holds the professional designations of SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
