Jon Nicholas
Chief Revenue OfficerJon Nicholas serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Swish Data, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management leadership focused on supporting the federal government. A results-driven sales executive, he is known for transforming operational functions into strategic growth engines. Prior to joining Swish, Jon spent nineteen years at a Federal IT VAR, where he successfully built high-performance teams, launched new divisions, and enhanced collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, OEMs, and subcontractors. He also serves on the Board of the Gift of Adoption Fund and the Succeed and Serve Charitable Foundation, and holds a BA in Communications and a Master’s in Operations and Project Management.
