McLean, VA – September 25, 2025 – Swish, a leading provider of IT and engineering solutions to the federal government, today announced it has been awarded the U.S. Army’s $10 billion IT Enterprise Solutions-4 Hardware (ITES-4H) contract. This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract spans a 10-year period and serves as the Army’s primary vehicle for acquiring commercial IT hardware and infrastructure solutions.
Swish is one of 49 awardees selected through a highly competitive process that evaluated hundreds of vendors and identified those with the proven expertise and capabilities to meet the Army’s demanding technical and performance standards.

As an IDIQ contract, ITES-4H allows the Army to place task orders as needs arise, using competition among awardees to secure best-value solutions. This flexibility enables Swish to support everything from small-scale purchases to large, mission-critical deployments.
