Government Marketing University recognizes GIST for GAINer award

Government Marketing University is a learning platform that applies a collaborative, community-based approach toward knowledge sharing and skills development for the public sector market. Today, they announced the finalists for their 2023 GAINer Awards. This year’s awards will honor the U.S. Public Sector’s top government marketing innovators across seven categories such as lead generation, social media, and brand awareness. Final winners will be announced at GMarkU’s annual GAIN Conference on October 17, 2023 at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Our inaugural event was launched in 2022 and a second event held in 2023, both in Washington, DC,” stated Sherryl Dorch, vice president of marketing at Swish. “The conference brings together government and industry to address the pressing issues and challenges that Federal IT leaders face as missions and decisions accelerate in pace and complexity in a global context,” Dorch added.
“Our registrations grew by 41% from 2022 to 2023. Overall attendance grew by 31% YoY and the number of federal attendees grew 70%.” GIST is a major differentiator setting Swish apart from other government contractors. “The delivery of GIST is unprecedented in that no organization in our business delivers an event of this size and caliber,” Dorch stated.
